Mary is the Financial Controller at City Street Residential Properties. A Certified Public Accountant, she is a 1982 honors graduate from the University of Houston with 40 years of tax and accounting experience at public accounting firms and real estate development companies. She has worked with real estate developers and managers in both commercial and multi-family companies. She joined CSRP in 2014 and leads a team that works on multiple projects in multi-family and recreational vehicle park development and management as well as the development of innovative financing products.
