Brady is the Development Director of CityStreet Residential Partners. He is responsible for the design, permitting, construction, and initial occupancy for each development, while supporting due diligence and entitlements. Prior to joining CSRP, Brady was a Vice President at GID and JE Dunn Construction. While at GID, he was responsible for design and construction as the Developer of two phases of Regent Square, completing 590 units in a 1.3Msf podium, including over 67Ksf of retail space. While at JE Dunn Construction, he had the opportunity to work on over 50 different projects during his 19-year career, spanning multiple construction types from apartment, student housing, retail, office, hospitality, justice, education, industrial, municipal, parking garages, and major campus projects. When combining his construction and development experience, Brady has been involved in over $1B of projects. Brady is a graduate of Kansas State University where he received a BS in Architectural Engineering and is a licensed Professional Engineer. While Brady is not a native Houstonian, he got here as soon as he could, and after his family’s move, welcomed a native Texan daughter to his family.
