Eve is the Development Analyst for CityStreet Residential Partners. She is responsible for assisting in market research, land and project due diligence, and other tasks related to pre-development, development, construction, and project stabilization to sale. Eve graduated in 2018 from Mississippi State University with a Bachelor of Sciences in Business Management. After graduating, she started her career at Trustmark National Bank as a Management Development Associate in Jackson, MS. In 2019, Eve transferred to the Texas Commercial Real Estate team based in Houston, where she was a Relationship Manager Associate and a Portfolio Manager. Her experience at Trustmark included underwriting and analyzing loans of various sizes across all asset classes throughout the US. While at Trustmark, she also managed and maintained the credit quality of approximately half a billion dollars in loans for varying commercial property types. Eve is a member of CREMM and CREW, two organizations with a commitment to educating and promoting women in the commercial real estate industry.
