Joe is the CFO of CityStreet Residential Partners. He is responsible for the financial activities of the company and arranging capital for each development. Prior to joining CSRP, Joe was a Vice President at Trustmark National Bank. While at Trustmark, he originated and serviced construction loans for apartment, student housing, retail, office, hospitality, and self-storage developments. When combining his banking and development experience, Joe has been involved in over $1B of commercial real estate transactions. Joe is a graduate of Millsaps College where he received a BBA focused in finance and an MBA. Joe is a native Houstonian and active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
