Kathryn is the Vice President of Development for CityStreet Residential Partners. She is responsible for market research, land and project due diligence, consultant coordination and other tasks related to development to ensure effective transition from site selection, construction, project stabilization through disposition. Kathryn graduated from Texas Tech University in 2014 and continued the banking career she began at 18 years old. Kathryn joined Trustmark National Bank in 2015 as a loan assistant and portfolio manager for the Texas Commercial Real Estate team based in Houston. Her experience at Trustmark included underwriting loans of various sizes across all asset classes throughout the larger metros of Texas. Kathryn is an active member in a number of associations with initiatives dedicated to educating and promoting women in the commercial real estate industry. Kathryn and her husband Melvin have been married for 10 years and they have 2 children and are actively involved in their church and other non-profit organizations benefiting their community. Kathryn’s professionalism and dynamic attitude enable her to creatively work in this fast-paced industry and still maintain her lively personality.
