Rick is the CEO of CityStreet Residential Partners. With his 31+ years of multifamily development experience, Rick oversees all operations of the company. Prior to starting CityStreet Rick was the chief multifamily development executive of Simmons Vedder Partners. Rick’s extensive multi-family experience dates back to 1985 and comes through Finger Companies, Trammell Crow Residential, Gables Residential Trust, and Simmons Vedder Partners. Over the years Rick has managed the development of 6,000+ multi-family units in all the major Texas markets. Rick is intimately familiar with the full spectrum of development including site acquisition, entitlements, design, construction, and lease-up. His projects have won both local and national awards including Best Development by a REIT. Rick is a graduate of the University of Georgia and is an active member of the National Multifamily Housing Council, Houston Apartment Association, and Memorial Park Conservancy.
