Ryan is the Development Associate for CityStreet Residential Partners in the Central Texas region. He is responsible for all development functions, including site selection and acquisition, underwriting, design, and construction for the Central Texas region. Prior to joining CityStreet Residential Partners, Ryan was Vice President of Acquisitions and Development for Weitzman in the San Antonio market. There he was responsible for the negotiation/acquisitions/development of over 500,000 square feet of retail projects in addition to the asset management of a portfolio of ten properties totaling just over 500,000 square feet. Prior to his time at Weitzman, Ryan spent five years with Fidelis Realty Partners in Houston, TX where he assisted with the acquisition of over 3.5 million square feet of retail, along with numerous financings and dispositions. Ryan is a graduate of Texas State University in San Marcos and is an active member in the Real Estate Councils of Austin and San Antonio.
